Brand Positioning, Creative Direction and Go-to-Market Strategy

When I was brought in as the Creative Director for FinCEN Advisors, I was excited to build this brand from the ground up with a 90-day go-to-market goal. We started with market research and competitive analysis. Understanding the target market and developing a go-to-market strategy was a unique challenge as this organization was created to support a brand new government program.

I created a team of designers, web and software developers, multi-channel marketing partners, and content creators to produce engaging multimedia content that drives choice in this new SaaS category.

I oversee the creation of compelling website designs, marketing materials, and digital campaigns that effectively convey their government compliance and advisory services. I ensure their brand identity is consistent across all platforms, driving growth and strengthening their market presence.
